Title: Rule breaking

I found a guy named XeGo54 he was breaking a rule (Don't kill yourself as death)He did it and it was not fun to play. he has actually done it before but i didn't have proof then. This is not that big of a problem but i don't like that guy because rule breaking. http://i.imgur.com/hMIjRgK.jpg look down at the left.

He does it alot even when I slay him he still does it

well in that case give him ban for few hours if he still does it, maybe then he will learn his lesson...
