Maybe make special events on TTT and deathrun
maybe make a event for deathrun where there is a race and the first place gets like lets say 100 points and the 2nd place gets 50 points and the 3thrd place gets 25 points
these kind of events would be fun and rewarding at the same time

i'm not sure about TTT because i don't play it that much but i'm sure you guys can think of a fun event for ttt

Depends, first time would be longest but if it uses workshop then every time + 1-3 sec or so.

Well today there was 6 people afk and whenever people try to votekick them it would not be successful because the AFK are 50% of the players
so here is my suggestion: when a player dies in the afk zone for 3 rounds he gets kicked for AFK
this is afk people can be kicked where there are no mods or admins on duty
