What about you?I have never seen a new game cheaper in a retail store than on steam.
https://www.ozone.bg/igri/pc/mortal-kombat-x-pc/ Mortal Kombat X costs only 39 euro
I guess your argument is invalid.

Have you actually done some research, because I know I haven't. Are the mods on steam that you pay for tested before they are allowed to demand money for it, or can anyone do it, also what about mods that are game-breaking, would you get a refund for those, or would you simply pay for a broken mod?
Doesn't it say in the Q&A that you can get a refund in 24 hours after the purchase?
That wouldn't really help if you buy multiple mods and they didn't work together, also since you use steam workshop, it means steam installs them for you, I wonder if it would make any problems since certain mods require you to tweak files and such in order to make mods work properly together.

Read what I previously wrote, learn how the files work or don't install mods. Besides, you can still edit the files that steam installs, it's not like they're invinsible. They still go in the steam/commons/skyrim folder.
No.

Norway logic: Go outside everything gets more expensive, order online its cheaper.

Retail stores demands a higher cut than online stores.

How much does the mod cost that makes Skyrim an enjoyable game?

No it isn`t. Skyrim is a really good game overall, ergo we (atleast I) don`t need mods. But that is my opinion ofcourse.
