Normal Paint does the job just fine.

You put too much effort in something, someone might fuck it up.
If you put to much effort into something and it somehow gets fucked up, it'll feel terrible, if you put no effort in it and it get's fucked up, you simply won't care. :3
If you put effort into something and you screw up then you should stop being such a wuss, practice and get good.
This is the most demotivating thing I have ever heard. This is dumb.
Would you feel better if you put no effort into something and it turned out to be crap? This make no sense.
