The point with this thread is to make suggestions to weapon balancing and suggest new weapon or removal of old.

07.10:
Removed Famas, Galil, Spas, glock. (Fine as they are)
Removed suggestion to reduce bass cannon duration (too much work) and different glock firemod types.
29.10
Removed P90, Mac-10, Silenced Pistol, Single barrel, Knife, Incendiary and Recombulator tweak

This will probably lead to all weps doing the same damage and that's boring.. Especially if you feel like having a challenge by taking a low dmg wep like a glock. No communism pls

It's not making every weapon into the same, but it's to make the gap between weapons a bit smaller.
Some guns are beyond broken in how effective they are, some are the exact opposite.
The best gun is paid for which distances the gap between donators/admins and guests/trusted/regulars.
Silenced pistol, spas and galil/famas are far too superior.
If there is no interest to tweaking weapons and/or items I will remove this thread.

Well i think that everything is going good and no changes needed. No one is actually complaining that much about them. There is no point doing this because weapons are okay. I suggest leaving it like it is now.

Reduce duration on Bass Canon down
This will result in remaking sounds for it...
I rather keep like it is atm.

Well I feel the guns are rather okay as they are. Of the guns you mentioned as superior only the spas is possibly to buy, galil and famas is only good if there's 1-3 opponents at once since they only have 20 bullets in the magazine. The spas is really good in close range but if you go 5 meters away it's suddenly really bad and you can easily kill someone using it. Silenced pistol recently got a buff that lets it now also instakill detectives on headshot, that's the only gun I agree should be nerfed in some way, either lower the firerate or the accuracy, because at the moment it's like the best gun.

Maybe nerf damage a bit ? So it wont one kill detectives ?

No the damage itself is good, it's supposed to be an instakill on headshot towards everyone, right? Well not really, on other servers it's always been 2-hit kill on both D and innocents, although it's the same with knives. The problem is that it has high damage, firerate and accuracy. If you could change the firerate so that it was just a little bit faster than a deagle and maybe if possible add a little bit of recoil to it then it would be more balanced.

I would love these changes on silence pistol and knife, but it would be if clock's damage would be increased a little, but not the accuracy, because of course there should be some weaker weapons too.

Let's take Silenced pistol into consideration of reducing fire rate and/or accuracy as a possible change.
What about the other changes? Knife throw to a more realistic speed? Single barrel accuracy, what about turning into a slug type of shotgun (long range less damage)? Need input on more weapons :)
Also suggestions to changes new or old items in shops D/T

My opinion of possible changes:
- Some additional damage won't hurt anyone.
- To make this viable you need to make it better than ump, which is quite impossible without making it OP.
- It's unpractical to use as innocent, however, buffing would make it too huge for traitors.
- Clearly needs a nerf. Lowering fire rate would make it useless due to silenced sniper being up in here. Removing accuracy would again, make it useless due to silenced sniper. I just suggest reverting the changes so it won't 1-shot detectives - means you have some counter-attack against this weapon.
- I think it's just underplayed weapon. If it needs buffs, then they should be minimum.
- Not alot of people use knife for throwing. Increasing this might open opportunities to try it out.
- Small knockback to Recombulator
- do it.

I feel that the speed of the throwing knife is a bit unreal (I know TTT in general isn't supposed to be realistic) but if it was possible to increase the speed which it travels at it could only be positive?
Would also increase the range :)
I tried the single barrel for a few rounds last night and it might be a combination of weird hitboxes and being unlucky but I was not killing people with 1 shot.
