You are far from what we are looking for I'm afraid. You look like an ok guy, but being staff demands a whole lot from a person, and to be a good one it requires even more.

I get a feel that you are a bit clueless about what we really do and how to behave. Do you have any other moderator experiences?
You are impatient, the way you build up your sentences are all over the place, you crave for attention and you don't give me the "Staff material" feel.
