It's a very highly anonymous community, that consists of master black hat hackers and people that could ruin your life with a flick of a finger!

...but in reality, it's just a casual image board with different topic boards for each liking. Often when 4chan is being mentioned, most people automatically think of /b/ (one of the boards), which stands for "Random". It's basically a unorganized pool of piss (pretty much like this forum), filled with 16 year old teens that think they're part of some kind of anonymous organized crime group (Legion or whatever).
